Will I lose my dignity
Will someone care
Will I wake tomorrow
From this nightmare?
Okay so, the Doctor is from out of space but does he only breathe oxygen like everyone else? Does Gallifrey have an atmosphere like Earth’s? Because I’d never thought about it before now but he seems to be struggling just as much as everyone else and he does seem to have the same basic anatomy as a human, other than the two hearts.
Anyone care to answer?
Gallifrey’s atmosphere is 77% Nitrogen, 21% Oxygen and 2% other, which means that it’s similar to Earth’s atmosphere, but it’s a bit thinner.
The Doctor needs oxygen as well, but Time Lords have a respiratory bypass system that allows them to go without breathing for a longer time span than humans.
auuuuugh ghosts in the machine is one my favourite monologues of all time
“when does a personality simulator become the bitter mote of a soul?”

hey uh, I was in the mood to draw some baddass gals who’ll beat you with a baseball bat and look damn fine while doing it and I just—?
do you ever see a person you love do something really fucking ridiculous and you just watch and think “ah yes this is where i have laid my affections”
One would think that once it’s warm in a Canadian city (read: July) the streets would be crowded with people, everybody would be ready to go out, and it would generally be easy to make plans to enjoy the rare nice weather. One would be wrong. Basically everybody who has lived in Canada their whole lives has access to some kind of cottage near a lake, which is essentially a small, shitty house with maybe one working bathroom and lots of spiders.
Butter tarts are a classic Canadian dessert, made of eggs, butter, syrup, and sugar baked into a flaky pastry. Like a baby pecan pie.
